Swift 40V Cordless Brushless Lawnmower – 22cm Cut

The Swift 40V Cordless Lawnmower is designed with smaller gardens in mind, making it a smart choice for anyone with a compact lawn of up to around 50 square metres. The 40V 2.0Ah battery delivers up to 35 minutes of cordless runtime, which is more than enough to get the job done without the hassle of a trailing cable or a trip to the petrol station. Its brushless motor runs at 6000rpm, meaning it operates more quietly than many comparable mowers, requires very little upkeep, and should give you plenty of reliable seasons in return.

At just 5.2kg, this is a genuinely lightweight machine that's easy to push, lift, and manoeuvre around flower beds and awkward corners. The flexible steering wheels help with tight turns, and three cutting heights — adjustable with a single lever between 30mm and 50mm — let you adapt quickly depending on how fast your grass has been growing. The super-mulching blade is a thoughtful addition, finely chopping clippings and returning them to the lawn as a natural fertiliser, saving you the bother of emptying a collection box every few passes.

Storage is refreshingly simple — fold the handle forward and the mower stands upright on its own, taking up minimal space in a shed or garage. It also means you can stand it up mid-mow if you need a break or need to nip inside. The battery and fast charger are included in the box, so you're ready to go straight away. This is a well-thought-out little mower that suits flat, modest-sized lawns and anyone who values convenience over brute power.
